"We will carry on regardless" vote members at this years AGM. The threat to close Harefield Hospital has been important news to the Hospital and local village. However, the dedicated team of volunteers who run the 'In House' television service to the patients voted overwhelmingly to stay "On Air".

This year's annual general meeting took place on Sunday 9 April. The important question on the agenda was "What do we do if the Hospital is to close?" The membership expressed the wish to keep the hospital operating on the current site. There was a strong feeling that if the worst was to happen and the Hospital moved to the suggested site in Paddington, the TV service should make the move with the hospital. This would enable the TV team to work closely with the hospital and the service could be totally integrated into the new building and infrastructure.

In the mean time the normal service of programmes to patients and staff will continue. The current rebuilding project will also continue but will be accelerated in order to get the benefit from all the work that has been put in over the last two years.
